
If a customer with CloudPlus Warranty experiences iPhone back glass damage, 80% of the repair cost will be covered by the insurance.
If the back glass gets damaged within the warranty period, the customer only needs to pay the remaining 20% of the repair cost.
Additionally, the store where you purchased the CloudPlus insurance provides:
Once your phone is ready, you must return the temporary iPhone in the same condition.
Any damage to the temporary device will be the customer’s responsibility.



Important information you must know before taking the warranty:
Any damage that is not repairable or recoverable will not be eligible for insurance coverage.
