If a customer with CloudPlus Warranty experiences iPhone display damage, 25% of the repair cost will be covered by the insurance.

Since iPhone displays are among the most expensive spare parts, this benefit helps reduce the customer’s repair cost significantly.

If the display gets damaged within the warranty period, the customer only needs to pay the remaining 75% of the repair cost.

In addition, the store from which you purchased the CloudPlus insurance provides:

Once your phone is ready, you must return the temporary iPhone in the same condition.

Any damage caused to the temporary device will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

Important information you must know before taking the warranty:

If the phone becomes completely damaged, the third-party warranty will not cover it.
Examples of non-covered total damage include:
- Water damage leading to total loss
- Phone bending resulting in motherboard failure
- Phone explosion or any complete destruction

Any damage that is not repairable or recoverable will not be eligible for insurance coverage.

Important Notes

Once your warranty is registered with your device’s serial number, no refund will be provided.
The warranty card must be kept safely by the customer.
If the card is not available, a clear picture of the original bill is acceptable.
Without bill details, the customer cannot claim the warranty under any circumstances.
The warranty card is mandatory for all service claims.
