Return and Refund Policy

Important information you must know before taking the warranty:

• If the phone becomes completely damaged, the third-party warranty will not cover it.
  Examples of non-covered total damage include:
   
  • Water damage leading to total loss
  • Phone bending resulting in motherboard failure
  • Phone explosion or any complete destruction

Any damage that is not repairable or recoverable will not be eligible for insurance coverage.

Important Notes

• Once your warranty is registered with your device’s serial number, no refund will be provided.
• The warranty card must be kept safely by the customer.
  If the card is not available, a clear picture of the original bill is acceptable.
• Without bill details, the customer cannot claim the warranty under any circumstances.
• The warranty card is mandatory for all service claims.
